Distillery evenings are fast approaching, and the Clos Sainte Apolline distillery will be in full swing. It's a very convivial evening, and a great success! The evening begins with a tasting of Clos Sainte Apolline wines, followed by a "Distiller's" menu at the Auberge.
accompanied by selected wines or eaux de vie. The evening ends with a real eau de vie tasting.
